Tutor Corps is hiring a group of 10 tutors to work with middle schoolers at a local school. Small groups consist of 4 students. Tutors to work with two groups of students back-to-back in a 2 hour time block. Students are primarily Latinx and looking for remedial support in math and English.
Dates: Approximately April 6 - June 8, Saturday mornings 8-10 am
Pay range:$40-60/hour depending on experience, $400 bonus at end of 10 week program
Experience needed: At least 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience, professional communication, mode of transportation, background in math and/or English language arts instruction. Experience working with students who have learning differences is an added benefit.
